Reporting

  • Reports must be submitted using your real name, and in the case of anonymous reports, investigations will only be conducted if the reports are clear and factually verifiable.

  • We do not investigate reports that are slanderous, false, or defamatory against individuals.

Whistleblower Protection

  • In principle, disclosure of the informant and the contents of the report is prohibited and confidentiality is guaranteed.

  • Your identity will not be disclosed without your consent, and even if you do consent, it may only be disclosed within a limited scope after agreement with the informant.

  • We will take thorough measures to ensure that no disadvantages or discrimination occur against legitimate whistleblowers and their reports.

  • If the whistleblower's negligence is acknowledged in relation to the report, the matter will be dealt with reasonably, taking into consideration the circumstances.

Processing Procedure

1. Reporting

You can check whether the report you entered through 'Report' has been normally received through the message 'Thank you for your submission!'

2. Confirm contents (registration)

The information you reported will go through preliminary procedures such as confirmation by the relevant department under the principle of protecting the whistleblower's identity, so it will take 1 to 2 weeks to respond to the start of the investigation.

3. Initiation of investigation

The investigation will begin after the investigation plan, including the number of investigators and the period, is confirmed. The investigation will proceed sequentially in the order in which reports are received, and the investigation period may vary depending on the subject and scope of the investigation.

4. Investigation completed

The report investigation is completed once the truth of the report is confirmed through objective evidence acquisition and investigation.

5. Conclusion

After the investigation is completed, disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with internal regulations, and for cases subject to a reward for reporting, the case will be closed after the reward amount is determined.

6. Check processing results

If the whistleblower reports under his/her real name and explicitly requests feedback on the results, we will provide feedback on the results of the processing to the whistleblower, except in cases where it infringes on the company's legitimate rights and interests.

7. Objection

If the informant wishes to raise an objection, he or she may do so by clicking ‘Report.’

Report

We are receiving reports of our executives and employees receiving unfair benefits from business partners or other stakeholders, or causing losses to the company. We accept reports under real names or anonymously, and take action in a confidential manner.
